You can update most of your account information directly from your Settings page.
What you can change
You can easily update your:
Profile photo and display name
Bio and teaching details (for tutors)
Availability and hourly rates
Password
Changing your email
If you update your email address, you will need to verify the new one before the change is finalized. Please check your new inbox for a verification link after making the change.
Tutor Verification Details
For tutors, your legal name must match your government-issued ID. If you find an error in your verified details, please contact support rather than trying to create a new profile.
Tutor Payout Details
When updating your Mobile Money number, please check it twice. This number is where your earnings are sent, so accuracy is very important.
If a field is locked
Some details, especially those related to identity verification, may be locked after they are approved. If you need to fix an error in a locked field, please email support and we will assist you.
