Never share your login credentials with others.
Email Safety
Only trust official communications that come from Skooled or Unlikly. If an email feels suspicious:
Do not click links or download attachments immediately.
Never share your password or Mobile Money PIN via email.
Reach out to us if you're unsure if an email is real.
Mobile Money Safety
Skooled will **never** ask for your Mobile Money PIN. You only need your PIN to authorize a payment through the official prompt on your phone.
Special Note for Tutors
Please be extra careful with your identity documents and payout numbers. If anyone asks you for private information outside of our official verification process, please report it to support.
If you suspect a breach
If you think someone has accessed your account:
Change your password immediately.
Log out of all other sessions if possible.
Contact support so we can help you secure your profile.
