Your full lesson and learning history
Past messages and shared materials
Payment and wallet records
Tutor verification records
How to delete
You can find the "Delete Account" option in your Settings. Follow the prompts to confirm your decision. If you can't find the option, contact support for assistance.
For Tutors
Tutors should ensure all completed lessons have been paid out and any upcoming sessions have been properly handled before closing their account.
If you are unsure
If you're only having a technical issue or need to change your role, contact us first! It’s often better to fix an existing account than to lose your history by deleting it.
