Troubleshooting video issues

Video and audio glitches are usually caused by browser permissions, a weak internet connection, or hardware conflicts.

Quick Fixes

If you experience lag or freezing, try these steps in order:

1.

Refresh the classroom page.

2.

Rejoin the lesson.

3.

Close unused browser tabs and background apps.

4.

Move closer to your WiFi router or switch to a more stable network.

5.

Toggle your camera off and back on again.

If you cannot see or hear the other person

Ask them to check if their camera/mic is turned on.

Check your own volume and speaker settings.

Ensure your browser isn't blocking the incoming video feed.

Dealing with Echo

Echo usually happens when sound from speakers is picked up by the microphone. To fix this:

Wear headphones (this is the most effective fix!).

Lower your speaker volume.

Move your microphone further away from your speakers.

If the problem persists

Email support with the lesson date, the device/browser you used, and a brief description of what happened. Screenshots are always helpful!
