Tutors set the days and times they are free to teach. Students can only book lessons within these open windows. If a time isn't showing, it usually means:
The tutor is not free at that time.
Another student has already booked that slot.
The tutor has not yet opened that part of their schedule.
What students should check
Before finalizing a booking, always confirm the date and time carefully. If your favorite tutor doesn't have a time that works for you, check back later or consider exploring other highly-rated tutors.
What tutors should do
If you are a tutor, keeping your availability accurate is key to a professional profile. We recommend:
Removing times as soon as you know you're unavailable.
Only adding times you are genuinely free to teach.
Reviewing your schedule weekly to avoid having to cancel on students.
