Step 1: Open your Lessons page
Find the specific lesson you want to change. Check if the app provides an option to reschedule, cancel, or contact support for that booking.
Step 2: Message the other person early
If you know you might miss a lesson, please message the tutor or student as early as possible. A simple message like "I may not be able to make our 16:00 lesson today, I'm checking my options now" goes a long way in maintaining a good relationship.
Step 3: Use the options shown in the app
If a button to reschedule or cancel is visible, follow the steps provided. If you don't see the option you need, it may be because the lesson is starting very soon—in this case, please contact support.

Email **support@unlikly.com** and include:
Your account email
The lesson date, time, and subject
The name of the tutor or student
What you want to change and why
If the lesson has already passed
If you missed a lesson due to a technical issue or emergency, please reach out with as much context as possible. Support will review the situation before providing a resolution.
Best practice
Act early! It is much easier for us to help you with a reschedule or refund if you contact us before the lesson time has passed.
