First, check what happened
Did you approve the prompt and receive an SMS confirmation?
Was the money deducted from your account?
Did the lesson appear on your **Lessons** page?
These details help our team resolve the issue faster.
Common reasons for failure
A payment might fail due to:
Insufficient balance
An incorrect Mobile Money number
The prompt expiring before it was approved
Network delays or provider issues
If money was deducted but no lesson was booked
Please do not make a second attempt immediately. Instead, email **support@unlikly.com** with:
Your account email
The date and time of the payment
The amount and Mobile Money number used
A screenshot of your confirmation message
If you paid more than once
If you accidentally made a duplicate payment, send us both confirmation messages. We will verify the records and help you resolve the extra charge.
Important Reminder
Never share your Mobile Money PIN with anyone. Only approve prompts that you have personally initiated on the Skooled platform.
