Paying with Mobile Money

Skooled uses Mobile Money to make payments as seamless and secure as possible.

Before you pay

Check that:

You have entered the correct Mobile Money number.

Your phone is nearby and has a signal.

Your account has a sufficient balance for the lesson and any provider fees.

You are ready to receive and approve the payment request.

How to pay

1.

Start the booking process on Skooled.

2.

Enter the Mobile Money number you wish to use.

3.

Submit the request and wait for the prompt on your phone.

4.

Approve the prompt using your Mobile Money PIN.

5.

Return to the Skooled website and wait for the booking to be confirmed.

Important: Do not close the page or navigate away immediately after approving the PIN on your phone.

If the prompt does not appear

If you don't see the request within a minute:

Check your phone's network connection.

Ensure the number you entered was correct.

Check if your phone has a "pending" prompt in your SIM toolkit.

Avoid sending multiple requests quickly, as this can cause confusion.

PIN Safety

Skooled will **never** ask you for your Mobile Money PIN. You should only ever enter it into the official prompt generated by your mobile provider.

If money was deducted but the booking didn't update

Email **support@unlikly.com** with your account email, the amount, the network used, and a screenshot of your confirmation SMS. We'll help you fix it right away!
