Payout Basics
Skooled sends your earnings to the Mobile Money number you provided in your profile. Please keep this number updated and ensure it is an account you can access.
Verification
Before your first payout, make sure the Mobile Money number on your profile has been approved. Payouts pause when you change that number and resume after the replacement passes review.
Tracking Your Earnings
Open Lessons and select the Payments tab to see how much you have received and review your completed payout history. If a payout looks incorrect, please contact support with the specific lesson dates and your payout number.
Security Reminder
Never share your Mobile Money PIN. Skooled does not need your PIN to process payouts or investigate payment issues.
